To get elegant green colour chutneys add few drops of lemon while grinding with the other ingredients

Pudina and coriander Chutney

Pudina : 1 Cup

Coriander : Half cup

Green Chilli : 3 pcs

Salt : 1 tsp

Black Salt : 1/2 tsp

Jeera : 1/2 tsp

Few drops of lemon

Churn it in the jar .

This chutney can be used in dishes like chats , sandwiches , rice , masala papad and anything you want to pair it with .
