Chapathi/ Roti Noodles with left over rotis in Triply cookware

Ingredients Required:
- Chapathi/ Roti : 4
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Mustard : 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
- Curry leaves : 5
- Green Chilli : 1 Slit
- Onion : 1 small
- Garlic : 5 cloves
- Ginger : 1/2 tsp
- Capsicum : half cup
- tomato : 1 small
- Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp ( optional)
- Lemon : few drops
- Coriander leaves : to garnish
Heat oil , add mustard , cumin , jeera , curry leaves , green chilli , add ginger garlic paste , add onion , fry , then add capsicum and tomato , add all dry powder , stir well , add few drops of lemon , garnish with coriander serve hot
Note : Chapathi should be first rolled and then thinly sliced to get the noodles shape
