1. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch the item.
2. Once order was generated, you cannot amend/change your address information so before confirming the order kindly verifies your shipping and billing information.
3. All branded items are strictly covered under manufacturers warranty terms. No returns are applicable in appliances category.
4. In case of damaged item received kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the same with multiple images of the same, we will provide a replacement unit for the same.
5. Each product sold through Kitchen Mart is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return / replacement as indicated in the guarantee. We will review the case and assist you with best resolution. Forward and reverse Shipping charges will be applicable on case to case basis.
6. Claims of the nature of 'Buyer remorse' (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him/her) will not be entertained through this policy.
7. Did not like the product / performance not as per expectation etc, all such reasons no returns will be accepted in case of branded items.
8. If Kitchen Mart has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Seller may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
9. All branded appliances items are strictly covered under manufacturers warranty. Also returns of any branded item will be paid by the buyer.
10. In case of order cancellation post dispatch of product the buyer will have to bear the forward and return to origin logistics charges.
11.In case the buyer received a damaged item then the same has to be notified to us via email: email@example.com within 24 hours. Otherwise your claims will not be entertained.
12. Also in order to claim damaged items buyers will have to provide 3-4 high resolution images.
13. 7 days replacement policy only.
14. Spares parts are covered under strict NO Return / NO Replacement policy.
15. Returns/Replacement period is for 3 days from the date of delivery only.
