    Order Modifications & Cancellations

    Pre-Dispatch Cancellations:

    Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch at no additional cost.

    Address Changes:

    Once an order is confirmed, shipping and billing addresses cannot be modified. Please verify all delivery information before completing your purchase.

    Post-Dispatch Cancellations:

    Customers will be responsible for forward and return shipping charges if cancelling after dispatch.

    Warranty Coverage

    Reporting Timeline:

    Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email to sales@kitchenmart.co.in

    Documentation Required:

    Claims must include 3-4 high-resolution images clearly showing the damage

    Resolution:

    Verified damage claims will receive replacement units only

    General Returns Policy

    Branded Items:

    No returns accepted for branded appliances and electrical items

    Non-Electrical Items:

    3-day replacement period from delivery date for new, unused items (return shipping at customer's expense)

    Spare Parts:

    All spare parts are sold under a strict no return/no replacement policy

    Ineligible Returns

    The following scenarios do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

    • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
    • Performance not meeting personal expectations
    • Dislike of product after use
    • Accidental or mistaken purchases

    Delivery Disputes

    Undelivered Orders:

    Must be reported within 24 hours of courier tracking showing "delivered" status, beyond that courier companies don't accept any claims
