Shipping is free on all product orders except for a few products like spares and accessories, which forms less than 1% of the total product catalogue. We provide free shipping for products even as low as Rs.200 with any loyalty program membership charges.
Kitchen Mart uses the best carriers in the business like FedEx, Delhivery, etc to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Our courier partner does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time.
We ship most of our products via surface economy modes and items are shipped from Bangalore. It will take 3-7 days for delivery of the products. Due to Covid-19 there will be delays in delivery.
Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. Also address correction is not available once the item is shipped. Also note in case of wrong phone number then buyer will be liable for forward and return shipping charges. Delivery during covid-19 will happen mostly on OTP based pin in most of the locations.
