Can I store liquids or wet items in it? No. This is a dry-storage-only canister. Please don't use it for liquids, oil, or anything wet, and don't soak or rinse it.

Can I put it in the fridge, freezer or dishwasher? No on all three. The see-through polycarbonate window can crack at low temperatures, so keep it out of the refrigerator and freezer, and it is not dishwasher safe. Clean by hand with a damp cloth.
