Genuine Prestige Replacement Gasket for Flipon Pressure Cookers

If your Prestige Flipon or Triply Flipon cooker has stopped whistling, leaks steam around the lid, or is losing pressure, the gasket is usually worn out. This is an original Prestige gasket made for your cooker. It fits exactly, seals properly, and brings back full cooking pressure. Unbranded "compatible" gaskets often fit loosely or harden quickly, so a genuine part is the safer choice for a pressure appliance.

Pick the right size

Prestige Flipon cookers take one of two gasket sizes, depending on the lid diameter. Choose your exact model from the options above.

18 cm lid, Mini range (Prestige part 60668):

• Triply Flipon 2 L Mini (20710) and 3 L Mini (20711)
• Flipon Stainless Steel 2 L Mini (20164) and 3 L Mini (20165)
• Flipon Hard Anodised 2 L Mini (20167) and 3 L Mini (20168)

22 cm lid (Prestige part 61275):

• Triply Flipon 3 L (20708) and 5 L (20709)
• Flipon Stainless Steel 3 L (20156) and 5 L (20157)
• Flipon Hard Anodised 3 L (20160) and 5 L (20161)

Not sure which one you have?

The model number is printed on the bottom of the cooker or on the lid handle. You can also measure across the inside of the lid: about 18 cm means the Mini gasket, and about 22 cm means the larger one. When to replace your gasket

• Steam leaks from the edge of the lid
• The cooker takes too long to whistle, or doesn't whistle at all
• The gasket feels hard, cracked, stretched or loose
• As a rule of thumb, replace it every 6–12 months with regular use

How to fit it

1. Remove the old gasket from the lid.
2. Wash the new gasket and the lid groove.
3. Press the new gasket evenly into the groove all the way around.
4. Close the lid and check that it locks smoothly before cooking.

Care tips

• Wash the gasket after every use and let it dry.
• Store the lid upside down so the gasket doesn't get squashed.
• Keep it away from direct flame and sharp utensils.
