    Chiguru Stainless Steel Mudde Maker

    A Unique Product for Ragi ball preparation

    1. Place the Mudde Maker vessel on stove add 1.25 cups / 310ML. of water, sprinkle little bit of ragi flour in water, once boiling gets started add 1 cup / 250gms ragi flour let this mixture get boiled

    2. Place the rotator to the mix and stir it, locate the rotator in the middle of the lid, gently close the lid, holding handle firmly rotate the rotator by crank handle around 20 times clockwise and anticlockwise. Let the mix boil for 2 minutes.

    3. Rotate once again for 15 rounds clockwise and anticlockwise, at this stage the rotation feels slightly harder than earlier. Let the mix boil for another minute and switch off the stove.

    4. Separate the crank handle from Mudde Maker, open the lid gently, remove the rotator from the vessel by using hand towels to avoid hot touch.

    5. Remove all the ragi mixture from the vessel and place it on the wet plate. Make your hands wet and roll the ragi mixture into balls.

    6. Without any lumps ragi balls are ready to serve with your favorite sambar / gravy.
